Help & getting started
Everything you need to get your market up and taking bookings. Most people are live in under five minutes. If you get stuck, email support@mallstall.com.
- Create your market (name, town, description).
- Add your stall types and prices.
- Add your market dates.
- Hit Publish.
- Copy your booking link and share it with vendors.
How do I create my market?
From your dashboard, click MARKETS, then NEW MARKET. Give it a name, your suburb or town, and a short description that tells vendors and shoppers what makes it special.
That is enough to go live. You can add your logo, brand colour and tagline any time from the market's EDIT DETAILS panel.
How do I add stalls and dates?
Open your market and scroll to STALL TYPES. Add each type of spot you offer (for example a 3x3 marquee site and a cheaper table spot), set the price, and how many of each you have.
Then add your market dates under DATES. Vendors pick a date and a stall type when they book, and MallStall tracks how many spots are left automatically.
How do I approve or decline a booking?
Every booking lands in your BOOKINGS list. Open it to approve or decline. The vendor gets an email either way, so nobody is left wondering.
Approving a booking confirms their spot. Declining frees it up for someone else.
How do I take stall payments?
Go to PAYMENTS in your dashboard and connect your account. We use Stripe, so the money goes straight to your bank, minus a small platform fee.
Once payments are on, your booking page collects the stall fee at the moment a vendor books. Paid vendors turn up. It is the single best way to kill no-shows.
How does the AI promo work?
Open your market and find AI Promo. Pick where the post is going (Facebook, Instagram, a flyer) and MallStall writes the copy for you using your market's details.
Tweak it, copy it, post it. It is there to get you unstuck on the blank page, not to replace your voice.
How do I book a stall?
An organiser will send you their market link. Open it, pick the date and stall you want, add your business name and what you sell, and book. If the market takes payment online, you pay at the same time.
You will get a confirmation email straight away, and another when the organiser approves your spot.
Do I need an account?
You sign in once so your bookings are saved and the organiser can reach you. You can sign in with email or Google. That is it. MallStall is built around organisers sending you a link, so there is nothing else for you to set up.
