Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use MallStall we collect:

• Account details you give us: your email address, and optionally your name, business or market name, and phone number.
• Content you create: your markets, stall types, dates, descriptions, logos, and bookings.
• Booking details: if you book a stall, your business name and what you sell.
• Payment information: if you take or make payments, these are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers, only a record that a payment happened and its amount.
• Notification subscriptions: if you turn on push notifications, the technical token your browser provides so we can send them.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service securely (for example, your login session).

How we use it

We use your data only to run MallStall: to create your account, show your market pages, take and confirm bookings, process payments, send you transactional emails and push notifications (such as "new booking" alerts), generate optional AI promo text, and provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run MallStall. They only process data on our behalf:

• Supabase , database and account authentication.
• Vercel , website and app hosting.
• Stripe , payment processing (their privacy terms apply to payment data).
• Resend , sending transactional emails.
• Google , the AI model that writes optional promo text from the market details you provide.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time:

• In the app: go to Settings and use "Delete my account".
• By email: write to support@mallstall.com and we will delete your account and associated data.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your markets and their stalls and dates, and your bookings. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

MallStall is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows. We will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
